According to Wikipedia, the Fuji Superia "is a brand of daylight balanced color negative film […]. It is aimed at the point and shoot market but is also quite popular with enthusiasts."
This seems to be quite true, as you have enthusiastically uploaded more than 37,000 photos taken with Fuji Superia 200 alone from which the ones above were sampled. Keep those amazing analog gems coming. We love them!

“What looks like an image of a beagle is actually a high definition photograph of a 4’ by 1 ½’ board covered in 221,184 nonpareils sprinkles. At a distance of 16 feet, the sprinkles blur, tricking the human eye into believing that it is looking at a large photograph. Only when you closely examine the work do you realize that it has been created entirely with tiny spheres of candy.“

“Using only 6 colors of sprinkles (Red, Orange, Green, Blue, Black, and White), a myriad of hues can be created.“

“Using a customized computer program, a template is created from an original image which guides the placement of each sprinkle. Taking just under 8 months to complete, once finished, it was permanently preserved with a clear acrylic resin.“

For a university fine arts project Joel Brochu recreated this photograph by Shingo Uchiyama out of cake sprinkles. Photos and quotes from Joel’s photostream.
