InfoWorld Columnist Jon Udell has an interesting write-up on Flickr and del.icio.us (a social bookmarking service which was one of the inspirations for our implementation of tags). It’s a nice overview of collaborative, bottom-up organization, one of our favorite ideas here at Flickr (and something you’ll see a lot more as tags, notes, pools, sets, search, etc., all get progressively more sophisticated and intertwined). Go read it!
