Oh I would be so very very happy if you would contribute your letter — single letters only please!! — to my new favorite group, One Letter.
Here’s an interesting thing we’ve been discussing a lot lately: there was another group similar to the One Letter group, the Ransom Note Helpr. They are similar, but different. In the Ransome Note Helpr group, the photos weren’t as strictly edited by the admins to include only letters — making the group less useful. One reason the Squared Circle group is so successful is because the administrators strictly enforce the parameters for the photos to be included in the photo pool. Only circles whose borders are touching the edges of a perfect square. Groups that have active administrators and frequent photo pruning mostly flourish, while others that see no care and tending often die. The administrators act as curators. Other groups are more freeform, and less strict as to what can be contributed. So it really depends on what your group is about as to how it is managed.
