In addition to the pros it takes to pull off a runway show — designers, models, makeup artists, hairstylists, manicurists, sound engineers, lighting crews, caterers, security — there’s also a frenzy of journalists, bloggers, photographers, fashionistas, celebs and fans buzzing about the event.
