Wow! The Flickr team is a gabby bunch! There are a ton of speaking engagements coming up for the Flickr gang:

February 8-10. Crowne Plaza Cabaña Palo Alto, CA Emerging Technology, Business and Policy for Senior Executives at the Media Center. Caterina Fake will be speaking on a panel with Scott Rafer from Feedster and other industry notables.

February 9-23 Taking place online! Online Social Networking 2005 Caterina will be doing a presentation entitled “Flickr: Evolution of a Photo-based Social Network”.

February 22 Munich, Germany. Digital Lifestyle Caterina will be talking about Flickr at a digital lifestyle conference put on by Burda Media and Focus magazine, one of the largest media organizations in Germany.

March 11-15 Austin, Texas. SXSW Interactive. Both Caterina Fake and Stewart Butterfield are going to be appearing at SXSW, Caterina will be talking about the Web 2.0 (or the next generation Web, or the Future of the Web, etc.). Stewart will be speaking on the subject of taxonomies, folksonomies and tags.

March 14-17 San Diego, CA. O’Reilly Emerging Technology Conference. Stewart Butterfield and Cal Henderson will be doing a presentation on Web Services as a Strategy for Startups: Opening Up and Letting Go and Stewart will be participating on a panel entitled Folksonomy, or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Mess
