You might think that careening down San Francisco’s twistiest street aboard nothing more than a few pounds of plastic wouldn’t hold that much appeal. You would be wrong. Despite our dismal weather yesterday, a  number of my more adventurous neighbours did just that in the 6th Annual Bring Your Own Big Wheel.
