Lollapalooza is one of the most popular music festivals for Rock fans in Chicago, Illinois, and this year it celebrates its 20th anniversary. The festival began in 1990 when Perry Farrell founded it as a farewell tour for his band, Jane’s Addiction, through the United States and Canada. Eventually, the festival found a home in Grant Park. Among its most notable performers have been Nine Inch Nails, The Cure, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against the Machine, Iggy Pop, Beastie Boys, Smashing Pumpkins and more. Look at some of the most memorable moments of this year.
