On February 10th, Flickr will be celebrating its 21st birthday. We’ll be toasting to 21 years of defying the ordinary, cultivating creative freedom, and providing a home for photographers. What better way to start the festivities than with a photo challenge?

The Challenge

Our 21 day Birthday Photo Challenge will kick off on February 10th and run through March 3rd. We’ll be providing a new photo prompt for each of those 21 days and are asking Flickr members to share their interpretation of each theme in our special Flickr Birthday Challenge group. 

We’ll provide tags, themes and a run down of the challenge rules – all you need to do is join the group, provide creative photos embracing each of the themes, tag them and share them to the group photo pool. 

The Rewards

While we know community and shared love of photography is a prize in itself, we’ll be offering some prizes of our own, for select challenge participants. Also, everyone who participates will have a chance for their photos to be featured on the Flickr blog, in Flickr galleries and highlighted on our socials.
