Flourless Chocolate-Orange Almond Cake

Starting at sundown today Jewish people around the world will be celebrating the Spring festival called Passover. The holiday symbolizes freedom, which is something we can really get behind. The best part of the celebration? The food of course. Traditional foods eaten at the seder meal are matzoh, gefilte fish, brisket and wine. The White House held their very first seder last year, I wonder what they’re making this year?
