Pending payments & PayPal

Some people have been a bit concerned that their Pro Accounts aren’t being granted immediately after they’ve completed the order process via the PayPal website.

Please be aware that if you choose to pay with an e-check, or by direct debit from your bank account (and not directly through your PayPal account, or credit card), you should expect a delay of 3-5 business days before your Pro Account is granted. (Unfortunately, just because the payment is marked on your PayPal statement doesn’t mean that we’ve received a confirmation from them.)
